As an Allied Medical professional , Wendy has strong  core  beliefs  when  is  comes  to  Anti-Aging  modalities  and  Health  and  wellness  preventative  skills  and  techniques  for  staying  vital and  healthy.  Wendy   is professionally trained  in a variety of Scientific Evidenced based programs such as a Behavioral Health Wellness Coach  from the esteemed Duke University Medical Integrative Health program,. Prior to studying and receiving training from Duke ,Wendy has  achieved  extensive  training  as  a  Yoga Professional . Many  of  the  fundamental   techniques are medically proven  to  reduce  Stress,  mitigate anxiety,  obsessive  behaviors, emotional  and  physical  ailments  and  negative  thinking  That  create  these  potential  self-defeating  results.  Wendy  has  guided  many  to  learn  how  to  live  a  more  liberated, satisfying  lifestyle that  can  eradicate disease  and  illness  to sustain  a  healthy  Human Body both And  mind.

1. Exercise daily x 2 maybe one can be cardio the other one a beautiful yoga class or meditation. 

2. Start our day in a meditative , quiet area, close your eyes and go deep inside for 10 minutes with deep breathing.

3. Remember to eat well- this can have a Hugh impact on your happiness and well-being. Avoid sugars and processed food. Keep a journal and reflect on it each days, which should include goals.
